Zanter 3rd Gear January 16, 2008 Share January 16, 2008 (edited) It is reported in Today's papers that car sales went down 21.9% in November. My question is how can that be when the COE allocated is all snapped up? How many new cars bought is surely more a COE factor rather than a willingness to purchase? . If car sales dipped 21% I think COE will be $1 already Edited January 16, 2008 by Zanter ↡ Advertisement
