Saw this on my VA forum too.

 

This is a cross wind landing but just that the cross wind is more like a gale @ 60 knots approx 110 kph. Usually with such gale force wind, plane will divert to other airport but since the ENTIRE Europe was experiencing gale force winds the pilot (co-pilots actually) had no choice but to put the plane down.

 

In the video, the plane did not land and issued a mis-approach go-around.
