After spraying a door, it appears to be less glossy.

Hi Guys,

I recently went to panel beat a door and respray. But i found the glossy/shine of that particular door appear to be more dull than other parts of the body.

What could be the reason? is it the paintwork not done well? or the "shine" material didnt apply enough?

Sometimes, colour mix may be close but not the same.

Better to respray the whole car.

Why don't you try polishing and see.

the type of paint used could be the reason.

wch is why u can get quote at the range of 800-1800 approximately for spraying of whole car.

the type of paint used determine the cost.

for my understanding, y2k dupont is quite a good paint.
