I am selling my HDB and plan to buy private property. agents advise not to buy condo as is over supplies in the market, so I am exploring to buy cheaper landed area location eg Jalan Bmbong near woodlands. I had a few options too, I can buy over his 50 % share HDB but agents advise me is useless to keep HDB as is depreciating asset. get it ?

not interested 🤣

If the hdb has existing tenant, I will buy out the 50% because hdb rental yield is quite good.

He said 800 sf per pax.

Quite reasonable.

800 sf per pax ahh, if 4 pax will be 3200 sf, it will be quite expensive in singapore.

So 30,000 sqf land with 10,000 sqf build-up is probably too big.... 😅

30,000 sqft land size is different class part aleardy, those are GCB, not simply landed. 😆😆

Jln Bunbong is one of the very few area where ine can find 999 landed at decent price, location is a bit far from town but if one stays and works near around there, then it will be a good buy.

Ulu. IMHO it is one of the least convenient place on Singapore. Only 2 major roads to get out. BKE and upper Bukit Timah. And both are jammed silly most of the time
