Sony, Samsung and Sharp only has 2 HDMI input ports. I need a minimum of 3 HDMI input ports. Philips has a minimum of 3 HDMI input ports. But I read the reviews on Philips website, customers were bashing the tv. That is a very very very old Pioneer AVR. There are no HDMI inputs at all, it is still on RCA. I bought it in 2004, it is 14 years old technology but still produces good sound. Samsung tv weakness is on the built in audio which tends to fail before the panel...Sony may be late to the game but overall quality maintains...LG is the best value for the money I find.
