Is this a bogus monk then, asks a STOMPer, who came across this sight.

YC Ngor told STOMP:

"Saw this monk queuing to place a bet at the Singapore Pools outlet.

"A policeman was walking past that shop and was caught in the shot.

"Did he stop to think if that monk is a fake (given the recent issues of fake monks and nuns in Geylang area)? Go figure."

The policeman in the photo did not manage to catch that monk in action.

He will not considered for promotion this year. [laugh]

Neutral Newbie

in the first place, STOMP should not be created. It cause many companies corp comms and PR to overwork as they have to deal with STOMP enquiries despite after attending to enquiries from public via emails, newspaper, onsite etc...

any tom dick harry big organisation, every now and then set up similar STOMP thing, these corp comms and PR ppl sure die....

Since the policeman did not catch the 'monk' in action, he may not have anything to charge the 'monk' lor.. Is it a chargeable offence to dress up like a monk and buy 4D?? [confused]
