Wanted to share some pics taken during my maiden trip to the HEnderson Waves, located near SAFRA Mt Faber.

Telok Blangah Hill Park which can be totally used up.

 

You can walk there if you park at the former Gillman Camp (now Little Bali) and get to Henderson Waves via Alexandra Arch. Don't park at Hort Park. You have to pay. However, if you are parking at Little Bali, make sure you eat at the Czech microbrewery or the Indian/Thai/Indonesian Zhi Char restaurant at Frangipani Villa. Prices are not bad. Little Bali is expensive though.

Yesterday, I parked at Hort Park for more than an hour. Came out, guess how much the parking charge???

but putting aside the environmental frendly issue, the design is really nice.

muz be pretty ex the wood, coz hard wood for outdoor use is VERY DURABLE!

Parking is free for 1st hour @ some NParks (Botanic Garden, Hort Park, Jacob Ballas etc)

 

normally they follow these parking rates

 

 

 

7am to 10.30pm $0.02 per min

11am to 5pm 1st hour Free, thereafter $0.02 per min rates apply

7pm to 10.30pm $2 per maximum cap

8am to 9am $1** (For Botanic Gardens CP)

Im kinda indoor person.

When i meant something green, means something green coming from the govt.

cause i see so many trees being cut down just cause govt wants to build roads to improve traffic flow.

 

But oh well. Diff ppl think differently.

Was there 2 weeks ago, parked at Telok Blangah Hill, find the signs there inadequate.

 

I still prefer the trails at Macritchie reservoir, more greenery and natural.
