Political observers were surprised that Singapore was chosen as the venue for high level nuclear disarmament talks between North Korea and the US.

 

But North Korean diplomats have said that Singapore is the

[Loki]

For the comparison between North Korea and Singapore, both countries also use mass displays (i.e. NDP) to psycho their citizens.
