Ticklish8 3rd Gear August 12, 2008 Share August 12, 2008 (edited) I don't think there is any right now. I remember 3 1/2 years back bought my car and get loan from Hong Leong Finance @2.2 percent. In just 1 week refinance with Citibank and get 1.8 percent. And I remember for each recommendation (about 5) that I gave to Citibank, I get $50 cash. Now bank smarter.......
