Have you seen 2 Cameras on the AYE's bridges?

While travelling along AYE from Jurong around Clementi stretch saw an "unmanned" small video camera mounted on a short tripod pointed towards incoming drivers on an overhead road bridge. An umbrella was shading it.

 

Then about 300m ahead on another overhead bridge managed to glimpse another 'unmanned' tripod pointing behind drivers.

 

Anyone seen this ?

Maybe both are synchronised to catch speedsters.

seen such setup a few times before... what i guess is that they could be counting cars or tracking the traffic condition there for ERP for that stretch of the road in the future?
