Falc 3rd Gear October 19, 2008 Share October 19, 2008 Excellent tyre. Best i have used, seem to thump my previous RE050, especially considering the performance-price ratio. Get them from SE.
Skanps Neutral Newbie November 4, 2008 Share November 4, 2008 Think Soon Tyre carries it...understand that price is lower than Michelin PP2, and made in Germany somemore. Don't know when it'll become made in Thai like the original F1? So grap while still made in Germany?..
Zerstorer 1st Gear November 11, 2008 Share November 11, 2008 According to xxxxxxx.com, this tyre is available in German made and China made forms. Anyone seen the china ones yet?

Jeff49er Clutched November 15, 2008 Share November 15, 2008 Read in Today about the new Eagle F1 Asymmetric. Prices start at $280 per tyre for the 215/45/R17 version but this is the suggested price
Falc 3rd Gear November 15, 2008 Share November 15, 2008 Bean, it's not more than $220, it was like $5 more than RE001 iirc. Try SE tyre, they gave me the best price earlier, but it could be promo price tho as it was quite new to the market then. After 3 months plus, this tyre still excites me everytime i took a corner, flat and grippy. Wet grip and handling are great too (relatively speaking). Let me know if you have a chance to review it. Beanoyip Turbocharged November 16, 2008 Share November 16, 2008 Do you know if this tyre is made in Germany or some other place? I'll most likely be changing my RE050A for this.
Falc 3rd Gear November 16, 2008 Share November 16, 2008 (edited) Made in Germany. I came from 050 too, which is good in its own right. But asy is better overall IMO. hehe ... Edited November 16, 2008 by Falc
