Longg8 Clutched November 18, 2008 Author Share November 18, 2008 you are kidding me......5.7k is most probably the price of your car depreciation on an annual basis -_-'''''''

Beng2 5th Gear November 18, 2008 Share November 18, 2008 "Slight" is very subjective. It could be so slight that it is negligible. It does not help that there are many cases of WRX and TS getting into high-profile accidents.

Kungming 1st Gear November 18, 2008 Share November 18, 2008 Nothing to do with yr of manufacture. WRX = high premium.
Ghostrider 3rd Gear November 19, 2008 Share November 19, 2008 Dude...tell you age ain't gonna make much of a diff. When you are below 30....they say inexperience. Then when you go above 40....they might tell you...age liao...respond not sharp...etc (nt laughing at you....cos I almost there myself) Something tells me its the model of the car that they are targeting...not the driver or age of the vehicle. Next month when my friend's MY06 Rex insurance is due...I will know for sure. His age and mine around the same....and same NCD....just that his is a slightly older model. Longg8 Clutched November 19, 2008 Author Share November 19, 2008 haha..im very young..intend to put the car name under my mum name.. of cos..young is a relatively term....haha
Unfair 3rd Gear November 19, 2008 Share November 19, 2008 haha..im very young..intend to put the car name under my mum name.. of cos..young is a relatively term....haha eh, insurance for performance cars are normally nominated driver only if you put under your mum's name and u are the one that get into accident, then your excess could be something like 5 to 10k if the policy allows for non-nominated drivers if put ur name as nominated driver together with your mum... premium will also kill ya
Ghostrider 3rd Gear November 19, 2008 Share November 19, 2008 WRX not consider as performance car yet....you can dun put named driver. Just the stupid premium is performance only.... Anyway....they may not ask you to put....but once you claim once....the premium will shoot up and all sorts of pattern will come out liao....named driver is one. The excess for non named driver is a super killer....as good as asking you to pay it yourself.

The STI model ? my dad driving one, must put named driver well, maybe different insurance co have different policy structures. my dad paying $1234 after 50% NCD and 5% TP, aged 57. Older model 04 WRX. ↡ Advertisement
