Hi guys, collected the #845 then i try out this application method using the new type MF applicator from MD and find out it actually works, just wanna share with you guys of what i have did,

1->prepare a clean surface before applying the #845,

2-> slightly damp the applicator

3-> apply thin layer of #845 on surface then rub on surface until the #845 completely haze off

4-> after applying #845 on the whole car, any surface that has remaining reside of the #845, can just use the same applicator a give it a wipe and it will be gone.

After going through a few heavy downpour, yesterday have a wash using DG #901, then surface still bleeds very nicely and feels slick.

Btw, i'm white paint. Would like to know that is this application method a good way to apply the #845? [flowerface]

Benny ,

Just to let you know that I have finally apply the 845 on my silver car after 1 weeks [whip]

I must say that the wax was really tough .I need to hand wash my MF towel 3 time with 'Attack' powder before the towel is back to 'normal'

Eager to see how long the wax can really last in our hot , humid weather with acid rain and all . [cool]

Yes..i read many used #476 below #845..Apparently #476 is tough and #845 has the look...I need to write to collinite abt the curing time for humdity of 75 to 90 percent..

Bro Mim..Yr UQD will only comes in as a maintenance between washes..I would say 3 weeks later...If you have UOD over immediately..#845 may lose its purpose..#845 and #476 are both tough waxes..U need not apply anything over immediately..
