With the cold water running down from my head, I can "feel" my internal heat dropping from head to fingers/toes. Once my body is cooled, I fall asleep faster.

If you sleep with aircon, your body sure is cooled and fall asleep fast. But if you dont sleep with aircon, then good to bath with cold water before sleep.

I believe most people cannot sleep without aircon no matter what type of weather. Unless house no install aircon. People aleady got so used to having aircon when sleeping.

This one i agreed. Aircon setting indeed always at full blast and temperature set at the lowest after car servicing. Dont know why during car servicing, those mechanic needs to sit inside the car to service the car?

I double it. Cold water bath just before sleep in aircon room. Conk out in 30 sec till next morning. 😁

I remember the first time I was using this powder, I unknowingly put it near the ahem area. Pain die me. 🤣

Thought this powder suppose to put it near the ahem area during powder bath? Remember commanders ensure that we pour this powder there during the outfield training. Lol.

Outfield I carry SAF issued powder. Lighter and more compact bottle. No smell too.

Now as hot as the weather. 

Next few days forecast some rain.  Temperature still a high 34deg. Don't think will help much.

Thought today got forecast some rain somewhere in the afternoon?

Outside now is super hot, i just walk a few minutes outside from open carpark to a building, could feel like my head is bursting.
