Hi guys,

Toyota and Daihatsu have released a new compact 7-seater much like the Toyota Sienta, however it does not have sliding doors.

What do you think of this compared to the Sienta? Do you think this is a replacement for the Sienta or a different model altogether?

The car's head unit has an interesting feature, it can actually rip audio files from your music CD and store it as data files on its on-board flash storage so you dont have to bring your CDs around in you car.

Looks like a strong contender to the Honda Freed. Believe it comes with 1500cc engine?

should win some fans here with a Daihatsu brand slapped on. a good alternative as compared to the mainstream Toyota here.

Looks wise still very van-like.

Leg room looks cramp and the thinly padded seats would probably compromise comfort to pack space for the compact body.

Those looking for a bit more room and comfort might still opt for the usual wish or stream at least.

No a chance cos the Freed have the advantage of sliding doors [thumbsup]

I still think the Senita is better with a higher roof libe for more space, sliding door for easy access to 2nd and 3rd row.

Not only that, Freed has a better legroom for the last row of passengers [nod] .

i think sienta is still better

Yes, Sienta and Freed is better, so let's hope this one is much cheaper than both. The last row can't even split.
