Really newbie on this and wants to find out more. Maddriver 4th Gear August 9, 2009 Share August 9, 2009 Bro Benny, I saw 2 types. Flat DA Foam pads & CCS... both are same price and 6.5"... which one do u recommend? Meg G220 come wif 6.5" backing plate. Then I suggest go for 7.5inch pads since it is 6.5in back plate..if you can change to 5.5in back plate..6.5in pads will be good..go for flat pads good enough..CCS is good but difficult to wash..Polishes tends to get stuck at edges.. Dtkl Neutral Newbie August 10, 2009 Share August 10, 2009 Im confused now... the box stated backing plate is 16.5cm = 6.5" But when i took out the plate to measure, it was only 12cm in diameter... so now backing plate is wat inch... Bro Qqman, your backing plate is wat size? and the Meg pad size u using now is 7"?
