It cannot 1) Prevent scratches 2) Door dents 3) Pant chips 4) Other man made damages such as vandalism We can see and admire the photos but all these are just marketing candy for your eyes. There are no REAL, and i say REAL video evidence to prove that coating can make your car scratch, dent, chip free. On youtube, you may come across some videos that shows an object striking the car body. It is not a direct strike, although it sounds loud.
