ya... was surprised tt we last the night with just 12 players

 

wow, 12 players. very fit.

 

my salsa class was pretty fun too, dancing with gals [laugh]

wah.. how to gauge 70% fitness? by 2.4km timing?

 

 

hahaha based on the tummy and how much i run during a game...

i can feel myself running abit more now...

 

this sunday playing again at St wilfred, so i guess my friends shud knw best...

i also lost some.. work clothes not as tight as before LOL

i think the recovery speed also improving.....

last time after playing on thursday night... friday is terrible... nowadays felt better

this for a start proves something...

rem the 1st week we played...

piang, i woke up in the middle of the night thrice with cramps...

 

then OC start complaining....

 

now feels much better every week...

my booking ends after next thursday....

 

i can take over but seem that the support is poor..

 

really need your help.

 

how about i go make the booking first? don't worry, can back out if crowd is poor

gf say i lost 3kg of water but i feel i lose 3kg of stomach fat..

but after a few more days, the 3kg returned.

i still feel the aches.. but mostly on weaker or "injury prone" part.. my backside or adductor really problem.. result is i cant kick the ball hard..

everytime i finish a game and get home, OC will say "Wa tummy smaller"...

then after every weekend of food hunting... everything comes back...

but then the purpose is to stay healthy and have fun...

 

thats y i enjoy playing with the guys in MCF and Ray's friends...

everyone has the same mentality...

think yesterday the game was slower... compared to last week when there was a fitter team out of the three teams...

 

we only had 2 teams and for the first hour only 10 of us...

so after that was rolling sub to replace tired legs...

no one kept score and i think easier 30 over goals scored in total..
