Have you come across any of them?

I am beginning to come across a few of them at work.

Bad attitude at work, cant take stress and some of them just cannot perform independently.

Cant believe the future of the workforce is in their hands..

For those that cant read chinese. Strawberry clan = Those borned in 80s. usually, only kid in the family, overly spoilt, cant take stress.

Looks good on outside no materials inside thus the term, strawberry.

草梅族=就是指生于80年代的,独生子女,承受不了压力的那群。

Actually the work-structure of the Companies now, particularly MNCs are in such a way that there's different Dept handling different issues and job scope.

What I am good here might not be able to help much on others and thus I need support from all areas.

Some people like it, some don't. One or two feel cheated and being used while others just do what they're supposed to do.

Can't be help.

Smaller Companies on other hand tend to do more stuffs. So much till they are independently running the job themselves.

This could contribute to the problems we're facing now. Incapable subordinates.

It's not fair to pin-point them as 'useless' or 'spolit' or strawberries ...

Unless you're talking about them being not active or shown no initiative, soft, not agressive ..etc.

It's our upbringing, we tell them only to think of themselves if not they will 'lose' out. Who's to blame??

Else I will put all of us as 'kids' as compred to other countries.

We can still 'run' back to parents to help take care of our kids, cook us dinner or wash our clothes and even worse, pay for our first cars etc but I don't see it happening on other countries.

those in the 60s laugh at the 70s, then the 70s condemn at the 80s, and those in the 80s feel that the 90s cannot make it

but most of them are doing it..

and since it's closer to NDP, maybe you all can sing it
