Leepee 1st Gear September 15, 2009 Share September 15, 2009 oh..nice bike....its the lowest/smallest engine of Harley bike. So I think it should be around <$30k. Its comparable to prices in US or UK. Buying bike in Singapore is 'worth it' as one will be paying generally the same price as other countries. The only bike brand that jacked up the selling prices(vs US/UK) in Singapore is BMW. Shiraz 1st Gear September 15, 2009 Share September 15, 2009 Why bother with the 1200? If he likes the shape, then just get the 883. Iron is 883, Nightster is 1200. Some differences that won't make much difference. Ppl big bore because of certain reasons and not because there is not enough power. If there is not enough power, might as well get a Dyna. San853 1st Gear September 15, 2009 Share September 15, 2009 Could consider a 100th anniversary Sportster or even the 105th like this example. It may be a used but it's different. The Iron 883 looks good too! http://www.singaporebikes.com/forums/showt...light=sportster http://www.singaporebikes.com/forums/attac...mp;d=1248458171 2009 HD Sportster Iron 883 2003 100th Anniversary Sportster
Vtim 3rd Gear September 15, 2009 Share September 15, 2009 (edited) Hi all, does anyone know what's the price for this beast here? Checking for my ang moh colleague who will be located to Singapore soon. Thanks... can't find a Harley forum to ask http://www.harley-davidson.com/wcm/Content...G#/model/xl883n see here : http://www.singaporebikes.com/forums/showthread.php?t=82401 don't go for a sportster range if your ang moh colleague is medium to large in size (Asian standard), he will look funny riding on a small bike. If you don't mind, there are lots of used HD around in very good conditions, some expats will buy new bikes when they work here, after a few years, they will sell them when they go back. I sold my 99' HD Dyna Low Rider 88 TC (see pics) to an expat that just got posted here minmum should go for a Dyna range if he likes to go on road trip up north if he is still singles, go for the softail range, those pre Twin Cam range, eg EVO engines, those bikes will vibrate a lot and hot babes just love to sit on it when it 'vibrates' Edited September 15, 2009 by Vtim ↡ Advertisement
