my friend uses this and he claims it is really effective. His CNG car has more power and save on FC. Anyone in MCF uses this products also?

i used it for the past 1 year plus on my Kia Forte 2009. From an FC of 10km/l to an average of 13.8km/l. But i changed from 17" rims to 15" rims also. 

i notice my engine vibration also went down considerably during the first few secs of starting up.

Believe your rims sizing is a big contributor on your fc
