Hi all

Just to confirm, do we need International driving license in Australia?

thank you.

Bring your own GPS if you can, because GPS rental is $10-20 per day.

And, Redspot car rental is one of the best, full car insurance and E-tac is cheaper than other car rental. Best to get Top Dog package.

Get Telstra if possible. Optus little Chui on Perth coverage. They have those 20-30$ with 1gb of data and voice or u see what their promo.

No birds is cheaper but troublesome need to take their bus out.

Yeap, and I don't remember seeing No Birds counters at the airport.

Get zero excess one. Maybe more ex but peace of mind, no worry and they also wont check the cat when u return

Klugger got 2 type: 5&7 seater.

If based on ur need maybe carnival better cos ur girl quite tall. But my elder can climb klugger easier as compared to imax or alphard

Which rental coy will throw in a pussy when you rent a car from them?

Just came back today luckily. Was in Christchurch just yesterday.

Good that you're ok...

Was worried...

We had planned on NZ initially too, as we've not been there before.

But wife is planning the trip and she had read up a bit about Perth when we went Gold Coast previously, so it's easier to plan c.f. NZ...

But this is quite unpredictable.

An uncle who went there a few years ago during year-end, was caught cold, literally. I think that was the year that Australia had a white christmas for the first (and only) time...

Dunno whether this year will have surprise or not...

global warming you either get a surprise which is less likely or get hotter. A friend who is there this week say is 33 deg.

hot and dry and the flies.
