Hi been reading the reviews of this product.So easy just plug n play and it claims to gained 16% HP and 30% fuel saver.Price retail at $80 including install.Just use a scredriver and insert the swirl like device to your air hose and voila.Hmm looks so easy sia,but is it worth it to try?Any side effect on the air intake system?

tried a similar product before..

 

not much use if u using A/T (cos i am driving one).. the thing basically just spins ur into ur airbox.. other than that, it does nothing else.

Always had doubts about this kind of product/stuff. If it were good and proven to suit the car, manufacturers would have included it as part of their selling package. I fully agree with you.

it will cause the high end to suffer as it restrict the air flow throughput.

Funny to see that people are still wasting money and buying this.

Some claims made by buyers are simply unbelievable.

 

Anyone with even a little engineering background would know that this crap would not work.

It only adds pressure drop to your intake, and what's worse it may cause more serious damages if it were to be dislodge mechanically during your driving.

You want to see improvements in fc? Try adding 2T. 2ml per litter of petrol for a start and fine tune the amount slowly until you get maximum gain in mileage. Use only full synthetic 2T as they burn cleaner then mineral ones. Try at your on risk.

 

Just one advice, adding too much may be fatal to your injectors.

For a mere $80 with 16% hp gain and 30% fuel saver, if it works, it would come in as a standard factory fitted already.

 

If anything sounds too good to be true, chances are, its not true.

 

How to gain power and save petrol at the same time?

 

Such a simple device, with such a gross yield, is a slap in the face to any engineers.
