If you mean the Family season ticket, then it works like this:

 

You need to currently have a season parking for your own place, and you are then entitled to buy a season parking at your parents' / parents-in-laws' (you can try to check if other family members qualify) place at half the price of the season parking at their car park.

 

You'll need to prove relationship with the resident of the car park you intend to purchase. My wife had to go to HDB Area Office with Birth Cert to purchase this season parking. If you cancel /lapse on your primaryseason parking (ie your own place), the subsidiary lapses as well. Hope that helps.
