Understand that this is super old chat, but anyone know good workshop that I can send my Ae101 for a full overhaul so that I can extend COE?

 

I need service like rewiring, change weather seal, gearbox leak repair, power steering pump replacement etc.

 

I know there's alot of work to be done but I really like old car like this

I'm OK with Malaysia workshop as well.

Both JB and KL workshop is OK with me

glad u still have this car...was my 1st car and still misses it

if u r in the west can try

 

auto tech services centre

look for ah teng..

he was our go to guy when the ae was more common few years bc

not sure if does the rewiring stuff tho

and he will probably do his recommendations...think he doesnt like opening up engine unneccesarily

Cool, I'll prob pay him a visit someday.

 

I think my engine is still quite alright, mostly is those peripheral stuff.

U can try eng shing mechanical works at sin ming autocity #06-21. Look for saber. Most of the old starlets and ae101 goes to him previously.
