Wt_know Supersonic November 9, 2009 Share November 9, 2009 (edited) I don't think such working culture applies to Goldman only. It applies to all blood-sucking-investment companies. IMHO, there is ONE and only ONE culture for these companies, which is SHOW ME THE $$$ and NO $$$ NO TALK. The MORE $$$ the MORE success you are. Period. This has been protrayed again and again in many movies ... It's all about the money, isn't it ? Edited November 9, 2009 by Wt_know
Tonyhawk 1st Gear November 9, 2009 Share November 9, 2009 loads of money does not equate success. do the world a favour, perhaps we should teach our younger generation a different perspective on success rather than the one so firmly entrenched in our mindsets. justify your being with something more than money, but if money defines your being, i hope you are truly at peace with yourself. as to goldman, personally, just because you are wearing a suit when ripping people off doesnt make you any less despicable than other conmen. Sosaria Turbocharged November 9, 2009 Share November 9, 2009 The biggest joke is that many of these banks that survived the recent credit crunch are now chalking up huge profits again, not due to their efforts alone, but mainly due to their respective govts pumping in money, financial aid packages, etc.
