Hi guys,

Can recommend tire shop that does cross rotation (remove tire from rims and swap to other side) and balancing at AMK Autopoint?

Heard the charges is around $40 to remove from rim and cross rotate. Does this include the usual $15-$20 to just swap fore/aft and balance fore?

Thanks!

should be free from the place you bought your tires from.

But one thing is you might need to see how the rotation is done. There are different requirements for 4WD, FWD and RWD. Most shops just do straight rotation as it is the most convenient.

My car is bought used with fairly new Eagle F1 so got to find a shop to do cross rotate with rubber stripping.

Thanks anyway!

Should be the full costs, +- little bit depends on your negotiation. They have to remove the whole wheel anyway.

eng heng at level 1 beside CK motor

Went to AMK Autopoint to visit my workshop, wasn't expecting Eng Heng to be open on Sunday.

Rotated fore/aft and balanced all 4 tires at $20. Used to pay $20 elsewhere for just the balancing of the 2 tires being brought forward.

Nice mechs and they were meticulous.

Thanks again Furrynadz!
