Went Vivocity few weekends back, evening time, crowded basement carpark, normal la...

 

Went to B2 coz B1 shows super minimal lots, turned few rounds and heard construction work going on, the drilling la, knocking la this and that, did not bother lor not my bizness...

 

After few rounds at B2 gave up liao, no lots so went up to B1 and as i exited the ramp to the B1 car park to my horror i saw the roof near the motor lots started to break and cement, stones and all started to fall, and not the 1,2 pieces kind and a rain of it, hitting the motor bikes parked there...

 

in this case the motorcyclist can claim right? The motor bikes were damaged, stones and all leh fell on it...
