Friend just bought it today at Automobile Megamart and the sales man said got cruise control. Curious on how it works though haha.

It is possible with the current trend of electronic throttle on japanese cars, there are no cable attach like those older version of cars. The car read the driver feedback of the pedal by sensor and thus it can be auto cruise by the ECU controlling the action of the throttle body.

i used to drive a 1985 Mazda 626 2.0L manual with cruise control. the cruise control works as long as travelling above 40km/h. however when u switch gear, the cruise control will stop. Have to press resume button once u finished shifting gear to resume the cruise control.

hi bro evolutionz, yup got cruise control like bro enrique mentioned it works only when ur speed is above 40km/hr...

 

also when u step brakes the cruise control will deactivate...there's the button to accel quite fun just ensure the speedo shows more than 40km/hr then press this button and the car auto accel without stepping pedal until u tell it to stop and maintain speed...feels like bumble bee driving the car haha...
