Asked the other party to sign a form..

hi forumers (touch wood) if ever met wt an accident do ask the other party who at fault to sign a black n white copy to keep as a reference for us just in case that bloody s wanna pin point at us back n put us in a rough time to claim against him or her...few photos of the damaged parts must b taken as well n the other party particular...festive seasons is coming so b very alert on the rd aite forumers cheers :D

Pls check your insurance policies. Some have a clause which indemnify them should the driver admit. I have not heard of any co's actually following that, but it doesnt mean that they cant. I would suggest you do a write-up of the incident and get them to counter-sign without actually writing that you or the other party is guilty.
