Car overturns along Thomson Road, driver and passenger escape unhurt

SINGAPORE: A car turned turtle along Thomson Road at about 3.25pm on Monday, but no one was injured.

 

Police said the vehicle was travelling along Thomson Road towards Upper Thomson Road.

 

It is unclear how the car had overturned.

 

Despite the damage to the vehicle, both the 21-year-old driver and his passenger escaped unhurt.

 

 

I saw the attached photo in CNA, cant make out the model but can see its OPC plate. ^^

he braked very hard just before hitting the kerb on his left.

at what speed, i do not know.... is possible to flip at 60km/h which is below the speed limit of upper thomson.

That part of thomson rd where the car overturned has a slight bend. Been staying ard there for 29yrs plus. :D Similar accident on that stretch has been reported here as well.
