So sorry for the long delay, i'm quite busy with work on hand right now and also cracking my head

for the perfect venue that is central for all, with refreshments available for us during the meet up. the date shld be set as that date and time too. Location shld be decided by latest coming Tuesday. sorry for the suspense

I hve suggestion, science centre mac car park? Free parking plus mac parking space plenty but only drawback is it closes at 12am
