i have only tried motul 300v and the mainstream brands like shell and mobil. Impressions of motul were good and i'm monitoring how it performs till next oil change.

Just a reference, not a guideline. Results may differ depending on vehicle, driving condition, driving style, climate, etc.

Bro, can you enlighten on the colour codings in the chart, as I cant make sense of the numbers.. [;)]

Both are good enough for street use. As for track use I will prefer Motul.

Motul is more expensive than Redline and some feel that Motul does not worth that much more with the little difference.

But once you are on Motul, you will not change to other brand. That's for me and a few fellow trackies.

i was qoute $150 for reqular oil change with motul 300v and $88 with redline and $100 with motull eco-nergy. is that reasonable?

sounds ok. cheapest i have seen is $55/2l so thats about $110 for 4 litres. so labour and oil filter etc would might come up to 150...
