Yours is KM or PI?

If KM, it should be $94k minus $10k = $84k. Long queue to buy from you.

So you happy la. Paid 70k, use 1 year and still can make 10k profit. oopss! [lipsrsealed]

You can try asking $77k.

I think someone will buy at $75k.

But why sell? It is so fun to drive!

Its the 1st time in my driving life did not lose much money.

Thot of buying down to save on costs.

Yes its my 1st car I bot with heart and not mind and I really enjoy my 1st Honda...

but it costs me $15k/yr...

If you could sell it at $75k.

I assume your outstanding load is $60k. You nett $15k cash.

Then you get a new one at $55k.

You need to loan $40k only.

Installment over 7 years will be about $6600 per year. + $2k for insurance and roadtax. + 3k for petrol + 1k for parking.

So the saving will be about $2k per year. Still make sense to change.

So now, your heart will have conflict with your mind again.

Cheers!

My loan outstanding is $45k only...

means $30k for new car (how you know my budget of $55k?? U can read my mind ??).

Throw to get $25k loan over 5 years = $5600/Yr

+ $2k (Insure/RoadTax)

+ $3k Petrol

+ $1k parking

+ $0.5k servicing

= $12.1k/yr ONLY $3K difference.. no meaning also... haiizzzz...

Because I am also a rational man with limited resources ma. ^_^

$55k budget will give the best value for money car for the moment.

I think most of us under estimate the on-going expenses.

Petrol + Insurance + road tax + parking = $6k. Regardless the car is big or small.

If work inside CBD, worse. The parking fee is crazy.

I suggest you continue to enjoy your RSZ for at least another year!

If the COE continues to go North, I think its better to continue to drive on.

Maybe after driving 2 years still can sell around my buy price ? [rolleyes]

I have another car which my wife drives (small car).

If I hand itchy [:p] I may get the Cruze....

No la. COE will not continue to climb as the economy is still very uncertain.

You a bit tam sim. Drive 2 years still want to sell at cost price.

Mine, 1.5year, based on sgcarmart price, my damage is only 6k. [cool]

The new Cruze looks good. But the power... I bet you will have cultural shock switching to it.

I mean, slower acceleration as compare against Stream.

Ok, I never test drive Cruze before. Only read from magazine review that the acceleration is so-so.
