Renewed BOC for 12 months. 1.95% if above 80k. Otherwise 1.9%

Oh. Why so little?

Becos already spent about $600k so far on my construction.

Plus no income so cant replenish like before.

I tried using

Best is still 1.70%pa

 

I think i take the one from UOB which is essentially a savings acct that pays 1.7%pa

 

Ok settle next Tuesday

I am SCB priority member. Not sure if got any difference. Maybe can check if any non priority member in hwz receive it.

Anyway maybank isavvy still has 2 percent until end of next month. Zzz just that I forgot to apply Internet banking for it. Thought I open the account already can use ibanking. Didn't realise need separate form. Though account is open don't feel secure not being able to check online after transfer.

priority member got Lounge access pass for 24 times a year.. no too bad

 

Island Country club golf IIRC is only 90 dollars..

The only thing I remember is some cheaper transaction fee for stocks.

Okay la. Not bad already. 600k can pay for at least 1 wedding dinner for some folks.

 

But other people might spend their whole lives trying to save that amount.

Yah, so far have paid $600k, but not finished yet.

Will be 7 digit sum to complete.

 

Not bad lah, can buy a nice car for some folks.

Many MCF bros easily have that amount of savings lah.

eh, you so big shot also need to do partial payment? how come they don't grant you open credit?

I am small fry, confirm, if you ask me

 

This is not known as partial payment but rather progressive payment

Just like buying a property which is to be constructed.

You pay according to the stages of construction.

 

I do not need credit for this reconstruction project, can still tahan the hit, although quite painful
