Sands finally got their license. But as the entry levy, those whom had paid for the yearly levy at Resorts World, do they need to pay again for Marina Bay Sands?

I firmly believe although there is $100 levy for Singapore Lan, many still go to casino, at least those ard me do. These amt could be quite significant.
