Having a female boss is not a problem if she is capable and treat her employee fairly

If a boss cant even manage a company properly, i think male and female don make a diff

It really depends. I have heard of horror stories when it comes to single lady bosses in their late 30s to 40s...but those that are married, heard less such stories.

the problem is that a women boss can be emotional.........especially when being stress at the top.

Male boss would just get a coffee or a ciggy, after that it's just another day at work.

When a women is being stressed (common when she is a boss), she becomes unpredictable which is scary for people below her.

I believe not everyone is a born leader, regardless male or female.

Believe it or not the reason why ppl prefer a guy to be the boss or leader goes way back into the evolution of the human species :D . Human beings are social creatures. They form groups, teams to hunt. The most dominant/strongest perhaps most intelligent male will often lead the team/group.

Hence what ppl wants to see is strength and perhaps wisdom in their leader and in this case the boss. Man are often perceived as the more dominant or stronger between the male & female species. This already exist or imprinted in ppl's mindset whether they like it or not. That also explains why even women prefer a man to be the boss rather dan a woman be the boss. The way we are brought up is exactly the same. Our father is seen as the dominant role and provider for the family while our mothers have the supportive role as the care giver. That's how or what made us look at things the way they are.

Now that our society are slowly evolving and women are given more chance to take on the boss/leader role, ppl have a hard time adjusting to the change. And they are starting to live in denial and starting to pick bones in an egg and bad mouthing women. Just like what some ppl are doing here.

Sometimes not every male or female is the perfect leader or boss but somebody have to play the role. They are just there at the wrong place and the wrong time until someone better takes over their role. :D

Women are created from Men's Spare Rib so cannot rule over him but men cannot trample them down since if men steps on a women, he is actually stepping on his own Rib...

Just accept this way lah... men on top and women beside...

Please be more precise when you decide to use the word ' not capable' in this context.

Women bosses are capable...as in? [:p]

Women are in a peculiar suituation when it comes to being a 'worthy Commander of a working group' as being a 'Commander as she sees fit'

The latter is what you see of women as BOSSES

So that kinda explains it all, doesn't it? [laugh]

err..i never think until so deep or suspect it is due to historical times.

The only reason I dislike women boss is that they have mood swings and they cannot function calmly under pressure.

They start to get jumpy and panicky over minor issues (which to them is big issues). And this in turn cause everyone else to panic.

A leader must be calm under all circumstances.

women in management role will try all means n ways to proof themselves that they are capable of leading and accomplishing tasks (tasks that are outside the dept scope also want to grab n do, since she can dedicate the tasks to subordinates). this is to show that they are more capable of men but during this journey of pursuing capabilities, they have lost the touch of how to be a good ppl manager.
