It's not cheap for these canned food.

 

For me, I order $5 saba fish set at those Korean food stall, add another plain rice and share with another person. Each person less than $3 per meal. [laugh] Got fish, got vegetables, ikan bilis and pickles. [thumbsup]

 

Recession come ah? How come talk about these things? Lol


P.s i like pork luncheon meat by maling and pork cube hehe

I use to eat this with porridge and fermented beancurd in bottle...

but now more health conscious stop eating them already as they are high in sodium...but once a while will indulge in it and this wan too.. [rolleyes]

Depends how big the can. But frankly, 1/2 can would give more effect.

Yes, they are.

 

i love sardines and tuna

 

i always wanted to eat fresh sardines in SG. so far, never able to find them in SG. the only time i eat fresh sardines is in Phillipines. tasted so good

My favourite canned food is those canned tuna in water. Drain off the water, add some seasoning and eat with lettuce if I have no time to prepare a meal.
