recently just changed to this tyre.. was on KU31... Initially wanted to change back to KU31..but the boss keep recommending me this GT Radial HPY tyres. Decided to give it a try. So far main difference is its more quiet then KU31. . but then its only been a week so cant really comment much. any one else on this tyre? How isit?

I got it from Soh Bros. Changed to 17inch Kyowa rims plus tyres. Price $990. Is this pricce ok?

its indeed a decent tyre, and i dare say its better than the latest UHP1 from GT.

wet grip would be slightly inferior to ku31 though.

The UTQG for HPY is 300 AA A. There is also UTQG of 340 AA A but only for a few sizes.

Have been using HPY for 4 months and the mileage till now is around 15k km, the wear rate is good compare to my previous csc 5 and S 001. tyre is quite quiet and wet are good too. It a good value tyre, no regret till now.

Just changed to this tyre before I saw this review. Anyway I'm not performance oriented, just wanted quiet and comfort, and this tyre suited my requirement very well indeed.

Mine is the 19", I'm not a technie type, just buy what's reasonably value for money and use it.

after a few weeks on this tyre. seems good. noise wise its better then KU31. Traction wise seems good on both wet and dry conditions. Did not really test it much as I'm relax driver.

overall for this kind of price.. very value for money i would say [thumbsup]
