yep....the moment I drove down the slope.....there it was ....a beautifully stripped 147 :)

 

before I drove an Alfa it was already admiring each one I drive pass. Now owning one....admiration goes up 1 more level lol

Is your steering wheel locked?

Try jiggling the wheel while turning the key. Try depressing the button/latch beside the ignition, if any.

Tks for the compliments bro, yr 159 SW is a art beauty and rare breed too [thumbsup]

 

I was also admiring Alfa before owning 1 but have learnt to appreciate more now that I own one. The rich history of Alfa Romeo and different characteristics of every model always intrigues me to know more.

 

Just yesterday when I was in JB washing my bella, a fellow Sg biker dropped by to ask on the ownership and maintenance as he was eyeing a 147 too. That moment was priceless when someone appreciates your car, it prob could only happen if u'r driving an exotic like Lotus, Ferrari or Lambo [drivingcar]

 

Hope to see u for the monthly meet up and catch up [wave]

Hi all,

 

Car is gg to scrape this coming Nov. Hence thought of dekitting my ride slowly.

 

Items:

 

-Starter motor less than 2 month which cost me $720 (need swap with your working one to lastme til Nov).

-Novitec Front strut bar

-Novitec Exos with cert with swap.

-5*100 Te37 18" with wobble nuts to fit into our ride with New tires. (with swap. Flush with our ride)

-After market suspension. (take with rim and tires to create the flush look)

-Novitec pedals (with swap)

-Good condition Red leather seats for replacement of your worn one. (need swap)

 

Any other item that u might need but need swap and able to last me til Nov.

 

Will add on the list if i recall other things

 

OR anyone gg to get my ride at and renew coe when COE expire.

 

My car is a 2.0m model

From looks of the coolant, the gasket should be leaking.

Need to change gasket, flush coolant, replace coolant tank.

Not sure timing belt / clutch change recently or not.

 

Otherwise TS engine is pretty bulletproof and left the gb as the main concern

I called up to enquire and the lady se will get back on svc rec and workshop. What are the signs of a failed gb?
