Can try grandma's method. Stuff newspaper in the shoes, take the paper out once it absorb most of the water. Then air dry overnight.

Ordered a new LG refrigerator but my kitchen already has a base which is too small for the new refrigerator.  One solution will be to replace two of the base adjustment screws to longer length.

Call LG spare part department but the one who answered unable to tell me the size of the adjustment screws, anyone knows the size of the adjustment screws for LG model:   GR-M762HSHZ?

Thank you.

Just buy this and hacksaw it nicely to make the height.

Getting the screws may not help as threading height has a maximum,

may not to your requirement. This is more to customize order.

How high is the steps? Less than 5mm, just stick those plastic furniture gliders under the two screws.

Simple way is to take one out and bring to a hardware shop. They might be able to check the thread size. I dunno if the fridge manual indicate these details.

Another way is to spent a cuple hundreds of dollars to extend the curb.

The delivery is on 10 Aug.  Can only take out after delivery.  If able to know the size, I can buy before the delivery instead of take out the screw as sample for buying.

The base is around 40mm in height, I need to extend the screw by about the same length.

Don't think I will spend that few hundred dollars just to extend the base.

I had Panasonic for 15 years. It was changed before broke down.

Almost 1 yr using Bosch.

Buy bigger than you need so that fridge will not overwork
