top seller = common on the roads

spend so much money on a ride, yet every other person is driving the same thing. same goes with Forte, Vios, Altis, Civic

if i got the same budget for BMW, i'll rather get an audi.. not that i have the budget

This is good news to Toyota buyers, BM will throw in more freebies in their package. :D

Anyway, just read the news this morning BM had axed about 50 staffs due to the shrink of COE supply. [bigcry]

Common BMW?

Means more spare parts and cheaper to repair!

Good.

Too bad no money to buy such high class car.

Honda Jazz only affordable to me now.

I though it is common when COe is high. Nothing surprising.

It is like a cycle [laugh]. The era of high COE. I suspect many are buying the 318i or the 320i. Anyway, who cares about high COE [cool], given that AD makes money and the customers get to enjoy the BMW logo.

Regards,

Ned to change car, still need to change no matter how high the COE is.

Just like me. The resale value of my old car is 'higher' due to the higher COE, dealer willing to take in at higher price.

So to me its like a zero sum game, as long as I have a car to trade in for a new car.

The differential when one replace old car with a new car at any time, is more or less the same weather COE is high or low.

I think its those first time car buyers will feel the 'heat' when COE is high.

When COE is high, people will buy more expensive cars as its more 'worth' it.

BMW Mercs VW Audi all will be doing well in 2010.

Jap cars.......well some may have to clear their stocks at negative profits just so they can retain their singapore agents rights from the manufacturer.
