We Give way to YOG Buses or the other way round?

Just a couple of days ago, I spotted a YOG bus cruising happily at 60KM/H on lane 2 CTE. I was like WTF...... Its more like they are hogging the road and blocking our way than we blocking them.....

 

YOG buses should just keep left with good vehicles and stop blocking us!

I think the driver mistaken, its suppose to be 2nd lane from the left.. Unless its a 3 lane carriageway.. Not exactly Lane 2 all the time..

yah.. I think I spotted the same bus. I was cruising in the 2nd lane.. I was ahead of the bus around 7-10 car length but when the traffic slow down, must change lane.. or else might kena $130 fine.. haiz..
