Personally I don't like spoilers but it is your car! :)

Nothing wrong with that. But personally I dont mind what came with the car because its how the car has been designed. I wouldnt bother removing that wing because its adjustable + carbon fibre.

Even with the bad market now also can sell easily if the price is right. Standard 33 GTR goes for around 20-23k. Mine being an N1 should have no issue at 25-28k.

The car is in Brisbane. Thats custom plate and you can choose colour combination.

Cant believe my last post to revive the thread is the end of it. I was involved in a 4 car accident on the highway last month and now the car is written off due to high repair cost (parts too exp).

So... with the money I got myself another straight 6 twin turbo but 3L and RWD. I was gonna get some turbo diesel (like 320d) to save on running cost but fell in love with her when I test drive one in Brisbane. Finally found one in Melbourne within budget. I must say the response is way better than I imagine. Cannot feel much if any turbo lag.

If there were really only 98 R33 GT-R N1s built, someone will pick this up as a project and revive it.

How bad was the damage, and did you get agreed value, or market value? I understand that the insurance environment in Australia is quite different from Singapore, and some are more accommodating of unique cars, and modified cars.

That being said, which 3 series sedan is that?

Yeah its a shame. The GT-R like the NSX has its own heritage which is not something all cars have. The 335 is a lot more comfortable for me at this stage. Maybe getting old. Hahaha

I got this for 28k but its 137,000kms on it.

Not sure about the actual numbers of production at this stage (it was wiki's number originally) but its definitely a rare car. The car was insured for agreed value (30k) which was good. The damage was not bad but the replacement parts are expensive. The total bill excluding any hidden damage was quoted 21k and in that, 14k was parts. The insurance here will write it off if the total cost (including towing storage etc.) for them to repair is more than 70% of insured value. The reason is after the write it off, they own the car and they can sell it to auction. Owner may pay the auction buy price to buy back the car if he wish though.

Thats a 2007 335i M-Sport Sedan.
