It got to do with the 2nd hand sales company wanting huge profits, which is their livelihood. Try buying directly from the owner, which gives you a better price. Got my 9 months old car then at half(almost) the new car price 2 years ago.

my present car is ok and so far so good...service is good...failed only once in 2+ years due to alternator/battery...and it was under recall.
