Was driving toward Changi Airport ECP this afternoon and saw this white Mercedes AMG with the wording "F1 safety car".

This AMG Zooming in and out of the different lane without signal and tailgated other's car that block it. State in which the driver displays a wanton disregard for the rules of the road

 

Is the Authority given F1 this right to do that in open road?

How safe can this car be? By doing such stunts, he is no safe driver and the mercedes certainly has become no safety car with the number of road users nearby him or in the neighbouring lanes being endangered.

It is a four door and the "F1 safety car" wording is in black is and is painted on the car trunk.
