You might want to try Autosaver or Autoaid, their prices are much cheaper than AD.

Servicing packages are also stated in the webpage so you might want to compare before making any decision.

nissan got the npmp package costing around $1k+ for 4 servicing.

but i guess maintenance for the above 3 cars you mentioned should be around the same.

This is a good thread. I'm also looking at all the above cars to change to and currently in the lead for me is the Lancer GLX followed by Latio and finally Vios.

Any advise?

For latio 4-5 years,

change some belt before

every 10k engine oil change

every 40k transmission oil change

Brake pads changes as per required

tyres x 4 changed once

spark plug change every 100k

i would say not very high maintenance as compared as you can get stuff from nissan stockist =]

if you ask me, i am driving the old vios.

a very conventional car and very cheap to maintain as compared to latio.

my friend who drive a latio, prefer the drive of a vios over a latio, but comfort wise, latio wins.

Latio spark plug size difference from standard copper plug. But again you only spend $100+ spark plug for 10 years of driving.

I was looking for the Bosch one. I heard they are much better and stronger. Anyone knows where to get it?

For Nissan Latio, I just changed the rotor disc, air-con filter, brake pad, normal servicing, engine fuel and air-con belt which cost me a huge amount.

I still have yet to change the spart plug and rear combustion pipe which is leaking...
