What exactly does Air Chargers like this one do?

It says air charger right?

 

So it charges driver for the air lah.

 

At the end you get less air into your engine, maybe I reckon 30% loss instead of gain.

the usual, proclaim to improve pick up, save fuel etc..

 

install it less than a week, ask for full refund..

 

the intake is too insignificant to make any impact, rubbish [laugh]

no pt fixin on electronically controlled cars. maf n exhaust sensor (if these correct terms to use) form closed loop when monitoring A/F ratio; self-compensates after few days of drivin. previously usin ecotek cb26p on a popular nissan model.

 

at best can b used only on carburettor cars & for slightly increased brakin effect.

That shown on the photograph is an air regulator cum water trap for monitoring and setting the air pressure delivered from an air compressor to air driven device(s). A water trap is incorporated to remove water in the compressed air before delivery by the pneumatic system

Nothing to do with engine pickup, save fuel, on any engine?

You may find this device on buses and trucks for their compressed air braking system

I believe just another conman for engine power/fuel saving
