Out of respect, I think the results will be very low today.

Low demand seen in previous round.

AD only start bidding at the last 10 mins after sensing potential low demand in the last round.

I can feel it in my bone, last weekends many was preoccupied with other bigger news, and no mood to buy cars.

not much big news, anyway big cars COE should go up as this grp of pple are less price sensitive and continue to upgrade their premium cars.

For the small Cat A is very hard to go below 25k loh. Our dear Taxi companies will jump in the last few mins to grab the COE for their nice new cabbies. As for Cat B, i think demand are still strong!!! As one of the bro has pt out that the rich wouldn't feel a thing even COE raise alot....

Neutral Newbie

Cat A includes taxis as well. FYI, taxi coys are bidding every 2 weeks. If we don't include them, cat A coe should be around $20k or lower [:/]

You are right. 80% of Singaporeans lost paper money on their HDB cos of Govt property curbs. Since COV is dropping so people r thinking about the future that the prices of their homes will drop more. I dont think it will crash thou since the supply is small. Wait for next few years COE will be lower is my guess. Why need to pay so much "rental" fee to Govt? When later COE is cheaper, people will prefer to get new car vs more expensive COE used cars.

If the cat A is abt $20K then consider low, but i doubt so lor. Cat A COE shld still near $30K.

I think Cat A will be at $25k today. Whereas Cat B will remain at $40k mark.
