sometimes got to be careful ..

Stiff shoulder could be frozen shoulder which in my case turned out to be a torn rotator cuff

Polyclinic (said stiff shoulder)  refer me to Sports Clinic (said frozen shoulder) and later after months of physio did MRI and turned out to be torn rotator cuff .... went for surgery after 1 year of everything including TCM too

Not scaring you but if its one off ......fine.... but if it carries on better go for the Western way

BTW even kids ( teenage students also got kenna one ) .... dont know whats with the world

I cannot be 100% sure
This fellow tends to take things seriously
But he is doing well in school
I suspect because he is more up tight stuff like this happens
Yeah man
I agree with you
I also research ma kuang
They say 20-40

Even polyclinic and sports clinic could not find out you have a torn rotator cuff?

Polyclinic ..... I cannot say anything .... just basic check and gave referral letter to Sports Clinic @ Changi .... saw specialist and did all the physio for over 6 months ++ and no improvement and physiotherapist ( seems more smarter than doc) thought something is wrong so suggested MRI and she was right .... it was not frozen shoulder but torn rotator cuff .... I did not make fuss about it with the hospital ( which I could ) but luckily I had personal accident insurance and finally an Ortho did surgery like after almost 2 years from the 1st time I realized the non ability to raise my arm or swing 360 degrees against wall

Wrong diagnosis waste lots of time, money and effort lo. If condition is life threatening, it might even endanger the patient life.

Turbocharged

I think I have been holding on to my BIG handphone for too long.

Last 2 fingers feels numb and the numbness can extend to the elbow.

Any good acupuncture place in Bukit Batok to recommend?

I still need my hands to play the guitar!

There's a TCM clinic in 152 Bukit Batok Street 11. Husband and wife team. Can't remember the name. Right-hand side of car park entrance near Toto outlet.

What has been done cannot be undone.

Need to repair my hand first, before I change to a smaller phone.
